Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify potential clients through online research, cold calling, networking, and inbound leads. Reach out via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person visits to pitch services/products. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads. 2. Client Meetings & Presentations Schedule and conduct client meetings (in-person or virtual) to understand their needs. Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Communicate value propositions clearly and confidently to different stakeholders. 3. Sales & Conversion Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service agreements. Follow up on leads and move prospects through the sales cycle. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals in coordination with management. 4. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Act as the point of contact for clients post-sales for onboarding or service coordination. Encourage repeat business and referrals through excellent customer service. 5. Market Research & Strategy Keep up with industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior. Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to improve services. Contribute to business growth strategies and quarterly sales planning. 6. Reporting & CRM Maintain accurate records of interactions, proposals, and status updates in CRM/Excel. Share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with your reporting manager.
