The Role:

We're looking for a dynamic English Department Coordinator who can take English learning beyond the textbook. Someone who can design and lead an innovative curriculum, inspire a team of teachers, and make language come alive through storytelling, drama, role plays, creative writing, and experiential learning.

What You'll Do

- Design a rich, interactive English curriculum aligned with Isha Samskriti's ethos
- Lead & Mentor a passionate team of English teachers
- Bring Stories to Life through role plays, dramatizations, reading circles, and projects
- Integrate Culture so students learn language with values and context
- Assess Creatively — focusing on participation, communication, and imagination, not just exams

What You Bring

- Bachelor's/Master's in English or Education (B.Ed/TEFL/CELTA preferred)
- 4–5 years' school teaching experience + curriculum design expertise
- Proven skill in interactive teaching (storytelling, theatre, role plays, etc.)
- Excellent written & spoken English
- Leadership skills and a love for holistic education
