Qualification: B.Tech /BE/M.Tech/ME in ECE/CSE/EEE/ECE/Material Science/Metallurgy/Chemical or MSc (CS/IT) or MCA in engineering or Science disciplines. Experience Required: 5 years post qualification experience of working in science / engineering projects. CTC: According to Market Standards No. Of Vacancies: 180 Roles & Responsibilities - Collecting the information related to a project from the project leader/system manager. - Understanding the data provided to them and the document to be prepared. - Preparing the document in the latest version of word/latex and may use interactive software to give the output document in standard format. - Suggesting any improvement required in the document format - Giving control number to each document - Showing the connection between different documents properly through appendix number s. - Proper indexing of all documents - Checking of prepared documents. - Submission of prepared document to the project leader/system manager. - Revision of the document as per suggestion of the project leader/system manager. - Submission of prepared document within scheduled timeline. - Maintenance of the version control document with traceability and repository of all version. Tools Expertise: Types of documents to be prepared: The important list of documents which needs to be prepared, but not limited to, is listed below. - Need analysis and feasibility report document. - Technical manual, functioning of various systems, system specification, system engineering management plan, project management plan, quality management plan, data management plan, - certificate of conformance, software /hardware documents, preliminary, detailed and critical design report documents, configuration documents, mission documents, progress, criticality and reliability analysis, trial plans and procedure, failure and closure reports and other associated documents. - Documents for manufacture of products including detailed design, spare parts, bill of materials and specifications, safety manual including material safety data sheet, QAP, ATP, QTP, test specification plan, inspection/repair/maintenance plan up to component level, processing / manufacturing methods, users handbook/operator manual, trouble-shooting documents, assembly/disassembly sequence, calibration plan, list special maintenance tools and test equipments required, ToT and other associated documents, contract applicable standards and guidelines. - Risk management plan and system safety assessment and hazard analysis report and other associated documents. - Any other project / technology related documents specified by user/buyer - OS: Windows, Linux/ Unix, Ubuntu/ equivalent - MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point etc. - Open Office, Libre Office, Latex, Web based tools etc. - Project management tools like MS Project and equivalent - AutoCAD/ Solid Works/ Corel Draw/ equivalent drawing tools.
