Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, goal-oriented, and highly motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of technology-driven solutions, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through inbound and outbound channels.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, emails, and online platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and offer suitable Aliste solutions and services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demos.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals effectively.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven and results-oriented approach to work.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
