Inside Sales Executive

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Executive (Fresher) who is eager to start a career in software sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in working with software products. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our software solutions. - Support the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads through research and follow-ups. - Understand customer needs and share relevant product details. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. - Coordinate with the sales team to schedule product demos and meetings. - Work towards monthly goals for lead generation and conversions. - Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field. - Strong verbal and written communication skills . - Passion for sales and eagerness to learn SaaS and CRM concepts. - Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented. - Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM tools (preferred). - Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer support. Immediate joiners preferred.
