Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Location: Koramangala, BangaloreDepartment: Sales TeamReports To: Team LeadJob Description:We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team.The Inside Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying andconverting leads into clients, as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their career in sales within a fast-pacedtechnology-driven environment.Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities throughinbound and outbound calls, emails, and social media. Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual presentations and product demos to potential clients,showcasing the benefits of Globussoft's products and services. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships withprospects and existing clients. Sales Conversion: Qualify leads, create proposals, and close sales deals to meet monthly andquarterly targets. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs toidentify sales opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align on messaging,campaigns, and product offerings. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions,sales activities, andpipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, opportunities, and forecast datafor management.Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 0- 6 months of experience in B2B inside sales, preferably in the IT/technologysector. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability toengage prospects and clients effectively. Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and working with CRM software. Customer Focused: Strong customer relationship-building skills and a commitment tocustomer satisfaction. Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning and explaining technology products and services. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, includingmarketing and product management. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
