Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and team dynamics. - Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct search. - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, to onboarding. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles. - Drive a high-quality candidate experience through proactive communication and engagement. - Collaborate with internal teams to improve employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives. - Use recruitment analytics and dashboards to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and provide insights to business leaders. - Ensure recruitment compliance with company policies and labor regulations. - Support process improvements and contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategy. Qualifications & Skills - :Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - .36 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment consulting (agency or in-house) - .Proven success in hiring for diverse functions (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Tech, etc.) - .Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities using multiple platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) - .Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills - .Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment - .Familiarity with ATS tools and HR analytics will be an added advantage .
