Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies for modernization projects to achieve revenue targets. - Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their requirements and providing customized modernization solutions. - Conduct site visits, technical evaluations, and feasibility studies to propose suitable upgrades. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business. - Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and project management, to ensure seamless execution of modernization projects. - Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales contracts. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities. - Negotiate and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM tools. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
