International Sales Executive Water Wastewater Equipment Company Overview We are a leading manufacturer of water and wastewater treatment equipment based in India dedicated to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions to clients worldwide Our products cater to a diverse range of industries ensuring clean water and efficient wastewater management globally Position International Sales Executive Location India Remote Office-based Reports to Sales Manager Employment Type Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Executive to drive sales of our water and wastewater treatment equipment in English-speaking markets globally The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building client relationships and achieving sales targets in international markets Fluency in English proficiency in additional languages and prior experience in selling engineering goods internationally are essential Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to promote water and wastewater treatment equipment in English-speaking markets e g USA UK Australia Canada etc Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research lead generation and networking Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their technical requirements and providing tailored solutions Prepare and deliver compelling presentations proposals and quotations to prospective clients Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to ensure product specifications meet client needs Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to refine sales strategies Represent the company at international trade shows exhibitions and industry events as needed Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and pipeline status using CRM tools Qualifications and Skills Education Bachelor s degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field Experience Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience in international markets preferably selling engineering goods or industrial equipment Language Skills Fluent in English written and verbal with excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency in additional languages e g Spanish French German or others is a strong advantage Strong understanding of water and wastewater treatment equipment or similar engineering products is preferred Willingness to travel internationally as required Personal Attributes Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Cultural sensitivity and ability to build rapport with international clients Problem-solving mindset with a technical aptitude for understanding engineering products Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement Supportive work environment with a focus on innovation and sustainability Job Type Full-time Pay 450 000 00 - 750 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance
