Job Description -
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with 36 years of experience in IT/technical hiring to join our team. The role will be onsite in Udaipur and hybrid for Gurgaon/Ahmedabad. The recruiter will be responsible for delivering closures on a target-based model, working closely with stakeholders to fulfill diverse technical requirements within defined timelines. Freelancers with a proven track record of successful closures may also apply.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closure.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and define sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and dashboards for reporting.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets while ensuring quality of hires.
- Provide a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Keep updated on hiring trends, competitive salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of IT skills, roles, and technologies.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, etc.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven approach with experience in maintaining KPIs and recruitment reports.
- Result-oriented mindset with strong accountability for closures.
Experience
- 36 years of proven experience in technical/IT recruitment (corporate or agency).
- Prior experience in target-based hiring is essential.
- Exposure to onsite and hybrid hiring environments preferred.
- Freelancers with consistent delivery on IT mandates can also be considered.
