Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a US Technical Recruiter located in Noida. The US Technical Recruiter will be responsible for the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for technical positions. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, utilize various recruiting methods, and ensure a smooth hiring process. Effective communication and adherence to recruiting best practices are essential in this role. Qualifications - Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills - Technical Recruiting and Recruiting experience - Strong Communication skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field - Experience in the staffing industry is a plus
