This is a great opportunity to grow your career in a high-performance, high-growth environment.Key Responsibilities:- Work extensively on W2 requirements for direct clients, ensuring quick turnaround and quality submissions.- Source qualified IT candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other channels.- Perform thorough resume screening and initial interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with account managers, delivery leads, and hiring teams.- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.- Ensure high levels of candidate engagement, follow-ups, and consistent pipeline management.- Maintain up-to-date candidate data and activity logs in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).- Understand and stay current on U.S. visa types (H1B, GC, USC, etc.), tax terms, and compliance processes.Required Qualifications:- 1–3 years of proven experience in US IT recruitment, specifically working on W2 requirements with direct clients.- Strong understanding of the U.S. hiring process, including employment types (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa classifications.- Excellent sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.- Experience working in a target-driven environment with tight deadlines and quick submissions.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.- Bachelor's degree preferred; IT background is an advantage.Droisys is an equal opportunity employer.
