Job Description

. Plan, create, and manage paid marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, affiliates.

. Generate regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to stakeholders.

. Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to align campaigns with business objectives.

. Business Delivery while maintaining COA

. Stake holder management

. Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.

. Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid marketing.

Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

The Successful Applicant

- 7-12 years of experience on the brand side (not agency) in BFSI, NBFC, FMCG, Insurance, Fintech, or E-commerce
- Proven ability in stakeholder management and handling large monthly spends (5-8 Cr)
- Strong expertise in performance marketing & paid advertising (Google, Meta, COA management, lead gen campaigns)
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation & CRM tools (Webengage, Lemnisk, MoEngage, etc.)
