The Opportunity:


Were seeking a dynamic & experienced AVP / GM Sales (North Region) to lead our IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Cloud business in the domestic market. This is a high-impact role focused on strategy, execution, team leadership, and revenue growth in the North region, especially within the BFSI sector.


What You'll Do:


- Drive sales across a broad portfolio including Managed Data Center Services, Cloud (Hybrid & Multi-Cloud), Security Solutions, Network & Application Management, & IT Infrastructure Products & Services.


- Lead & mentor a high-performing sales team (10+ members).


- Build strong CXO relationships & expand our presence with enterprise customers.


- Develop winning value propositions and close large-scale deals (20 Cr+ range).


- Own P&L responsibility achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets.


- Manage and grow strategic partnerships with leading OEMs like HPE, Oracle, IBM, Nutanix, Cisco, Fortinet, Check Point, Dell, & more.


- Consistently bring in new business (100 Cr+ annually) while maintaining high margins.


What Were Looking For:


- Proven track record of 15+ years in IT Sales, with at least 10 years in the NCR region.


- Deep understanding of IT Infrastructure, Security & Cloud ecosystems.


- Strong network and relationships within the BFSI segment and top-tier OEMs.


- Demonstrated ability to close large deals and grow enterprise accounts.


- A customer-first approach with strategic thinking and execution excellence.


- Experience working with or for a System Integrator in the domestic market.
