Skills and Qualifications - 1-6 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Proficient in using customer service software and tools. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts effectively. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. - Knowledge of CRM systems and practices. - Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others.
