Hello We are looking for Salesforce Consultants more than Admins. The person should be able to gather the requirements and implements/provide the solution to the client. The candidate should have excellent communication skills with good client management skills. The candidate should possess multiple certificates. Following is the list :- a) Salesforce Administrator (Required) b) Salesforce Advanced Administrator (Required) c) Salesforce Platform Developer (Preferred) d) Salesforce Platform App Builder (Preferred) e) Salesforce Business Analyst (Preferred) Job Title: Salesforce Administrator Cum Developer(70% Admin +30 % Development) Job Location: Pune (Hinjewadi Phase – 1) - Work From Office Experience: 3+ Years Shift Time: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM Working Days: Monday to Friday Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment. - Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks. - Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups. - Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials. - Provide internal Salesforce training to users and develop training materials as needed. - Collaborate with various departments to understand business needs and customize Salesforce to improve user experience and business efficiency. - Implement new Salesforce features and functionality as needed. - Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, bugs, or performance bottlenecks. - Ensure data integrity and quality by conducting regular system audits and data cleansing. - Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Salesforce Administrator Certification required (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator). - 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator or in a similar CRM administration role. - Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity. - Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience is preferred. - Strong data management abilities. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., with marketing tools, ERP, or other third-party applications). - Familiarity with Salesforce development tools like Apex and Visualforce is a plus. - Experience with tools such as Data Loader, Salesforce Inspector, and other admin utilities. - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
