**Salesforce Administrator**
The Salesforce Administrator role participates as a member of the Druva Salesforce team. They perform operational work to support the SFDC platform and have the desire and aptitude to grow their skillset to support the team in the execution of platform enhancements and projects.
**Key Areas of Responsibility**:
- Participates as a member of the Salesforce team
- Salesforce user management (creation, deactivation, permissions management)
- Performs system audits to ensure compliance with audit controls
- Creates reports and dashboards to support various internal teams
- Sandbox management, including communication and refreshes of test environments
- Executes data loads and exports under the direction of senior team members
- Executes simple system enhancements under the supervision of senior team members
- Supports the team through analysis and documentation of platform features
- Develops an understanding of Druva’s SFDC environment, and makes recommendations on potential improvements
**Job Requirements**:
- 1 - 3 years of experience in working with SFDC, or demonstrates an exceptional aptitude and understanding of core Salesforce features and functionality
- Possesses analytical and problem-solving skills
- Collaborates well with others and enjoys working on a team
- Good written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to take initiative, work flexibly, and adhere to priorities with mínimal supervision
- Strong aptitude to learn new things, positive attitude, high energy, ability to work with many different cultures/ personalities / departments across continents and time zones often under extreme pressure
