Position Summary:
As a Salesforce Administrator you will help to manage and optimize Salesforce platform and ensure the smooth functioning of Salesforce while enhancing the user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Administration: Perform basic Salesforce administrative functions such as managing user profiles, permissions, security settings, and workflow automation.
- User Support & Training: Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and assist with user training and adoption.
- Data Management: Ensure data quality by conducting regular data audits, creating and maintaining reports and dashboards, and supporting data migration when necessary.
- Customization & Configuration: Assist in minor customizations and configurations of Salesforce to meet business needs (e.g., creating custom fields, page layouts, reports, and dashboards).
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, IT) to understand their requirements and ensure Salesforce is aligned with business processes.
- Documentation: Maintain documentation of system configurations, customizations, and processes for future reference.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification: Must have Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience working with Salesforce.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with users at all levels, explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Working hours: Comfortable working in a night shift environment.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on user satisfaction and process improvement.
- Ticketing experience: Should have past experience in Solving tickets and Maintaining SLA's.
- Experience in the health care domain is preferred.
- Experience in Data Ingestion, Data Loader, User Sets, Permission, Solving Jira tickets
