We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of hands-on experience and a strong understanding of core Salesforce functionalities. This role is responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all aspects of user administration, including profiles, roles, and security

  • Customize Salesforce objects, fields, record types, and page layouts to meet evolving business needs.
  • Design and build declarative automations using Salesforce Flow.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Perform data management tasks, including data cleansing, deduplication, and mass data imports/updates.
  • Provide timely end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training to ensure user adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

What we are looking fo
r :

  • 1-3 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including security, data management, and automation.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
