Designation - Marketing Executive Department - Sales and Marketing Office Location - Either Peenya Plant HMT Industrial Layout or Tumkur Plant whatever is comfortable for the candidate Qualification - B Tech Mechanical Bachelor s degree in Marketing International Business Communications or a related field Experience - Fresher is fine However 1-2 years of exp will be preferred Interested to build his her career in Marketing Salary Range - 20K in hand for Fresher 25K-30K in hand for 1-2 years exp Job Summary The Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing email marketing campaigns managing social media platforms and conducting research to identify and connect with potential international buyers The role requires a mix of creativity analytical thinking and attention to detail to enhance brand visibility generate qualified leads and support business growth Key Responsibilities 1 Email Marketing Develop and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns to promote products services and offers Create engaging email content including subject lines and visuals aligned with brand voice Segment mailing lists based on customer profiles buyer categories and geographies Use email marketing tools e g Mailchimp to schedule track and analyse campaign performance Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and follow-up automation workflows 2 Social Media Handling Manage the company s presence across major platforms such as LinkedIn Instagram Facebook X Twitter and YouTube Create and schedule posts stories reels and promotional content aligned with marketing calendars Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase engagement and brand awareness Respond promptly to customer queries comments and messages to maintain community engagement Track analytics and prepare reports on follower growth engagement rates and campaign effectiveness Stay updated with current trends competitor activities and platform updates to enhance social performance 3 Research Data for International Buyers Market and Buyer Research Conduct detailed market research to identify potential buyers importers distributors and OEMs for forged components machined parts fasteners and precision engineering products Analyze import-export data industry reports and trade statistics to map demand trends across countries and regions Research using trade portals B2B websites online directories chambers of commerce and trade fairs to collect buyer information Study industry verticals such as automotive oil gas heavy engineering construction and agriculture machinery to identify relevant customers Monitor competitor exports pricing patterns and market positioning through available data sources Data Collection Management Compile and maintain a structured international buyer database with key details like company name contact persons region product interest and buying frequency Validate and update buyer information regularly to ensure database accuracy Categorize data by industry geography and potential volume for targeted marketing Manage lead tracking and data sharing through CRM or Excel-based systems Support the sales marketing team by preparing target lists buyer profiles and lead reports Communication Coordination Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to align research findings with business goals Share verified leads and support in initial buyer communication email introductions and follow-ups Assist in preparing product presentations technical data sheets and inquiry summaries for international buyers Support the team during participation in international trade exhibitions and virtual buyer-seller meets by identifying relevant prospects beforehand Reporting Analysis Prepare weekly monthly research reports summarizing new leads buyer trends and regional market insights Track and report key performance indicators such as number of verified leads generated response rates and conversion outcomes Provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making on target countries product focus and pricing competitiveness
