Role Overview : We are seeking a Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving new business, nurturing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in IT or digital solutions sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand client needs to offer tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in target markets (USA). - Pitch including web development, digital marketing, SEO, RPA, and BI tools. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (B2B & B2C). - Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, lead generation, and client acquisition strategies. - Conduct client meetings, product demos, and solution presentations. - Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve assigned sales targets. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM. - Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry insights. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field. - 0-2 years of proven experience in IT, SaaS, or digital marketing sales. - Strong understanding of websites, SEO, RPA, BI tools, and digital transformation solutions. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Familiarity with sales tools. - Target-driven mindset with a passion for closing deals.
