The role involves managing and nurturing client relationships, scheduling and coordinating projects, delivering presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Junior Client Servicing Executive will work closely with the creative team to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions, while maintaining consistent and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Job Profile: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Manage client projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded. - Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up. - Assist in negotiations with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements are reached. - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions to clients. - Monitor client feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly. - Continuously seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients. - Manage campaign and oversee its end-to-end execution. - Co-ordinate with partners and vendors for daily tasks - Follow-up for payments and generate invoices.
