Position Overview: A Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling products or services, meeting sales targets, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Sales Representative works closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns, ensuring maximum market reach and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Target Achievement Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective selling strategies. Identify new business opportunities and develop leads from various sources, including cold calls, referrals, and networking. Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, highlighting benefits and features. 2. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions. Address client queries, complaints, and service issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. 3. Lead Generation & Business Development Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities. Generate leads through outbound calls, meetings, and networking events. Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up to convert them into customers. 4. Collaboration with Marketing Work with the marketing team to implement campaigns and promotions. Provide feedback from the field to improve product offerings and promotional strategies. Participate in marketing events, product launches, and exhibitions. 5. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and orders in CRM systems.
