JD:  Sales Manager – High-End luxury consumer AV product. ·       Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area. ·       Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance. ·       Cultivate strong relationships with dealers, system integrators, AV consultants, Architects, Interior Designers, high-net-worth clients /notable professionals/high profile individuals. ·       Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends. ·       Identify new market potential and regions. ·       Oversee in-store events and promotions. ·       Collaborate with marketing for effective promotional strategies. ·       Lead negotiations for high-ticket AV projects/ sales to dealer, collaborating closely with B2B and B2C consumers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. ·       Exhibit finesse and acumen in closing significant sales, contributing to revenue growth and market dominance. ·       Provide exemplary customer service, addressing client’s needs, and ensuring lasting satisfaction and loyalty. ·       Pre-sales. Requirements: Outstanding interpersonal skills and a captivating presence, well-suited for engaging with high-profile clients and stakeholders. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex deal structures. Adept at understanding and communicating the value proposition of luxury product market. High degree of emotional intelligence and cultural awareness.
