- Manage and develop a team of insurance agents to achieve business targets.
- Recruit, train, and mentor agents for effective sales performance.
- Monitor and track team performance, ensuring targets are met.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Plan and execute sales strategies for agency growth.

Requirements:

- Minimum 12 years of experience in any sales field (insurance experience is a plus).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Compensation:

- CTC upto 5 LPA
- Incentives: Up to 3 times the salary based on performance
