About the companyParadigm Realty is an organization spearheaded with credible experience of delivering cutting edge in the Real Estate industry of Mumbai by employing global contemporary techniques ensuring quality standards and timely delivery of the products We focus majorly onto areas of Western Suburbs of Mumbai Our mission as niche property developer is to deliver Avant- Grande homes which becomes a sojourn of solicitude in multitude cityKey Highlights of the company1 Paradigm family strength of 275 members2 5 On-going projects and 9 delivered with OC3 2500 homes constructed4 5M Sq ft of project area acquiredRole DGM GM Business DevelopmentExperience 8 to 10 years Real Estate Industry only preferred Level Senior ManagementReporting COOLocation Mumbai HO Khar West Salary Range 25L 30 L1 Develop and work on a comprehensive business development plan from ongoing lead generation till project launch2 Be the first point of contact with societies and or Channel partners to solicit proposals3 Prepare and present to management the project feasibility with cash flows including revenue operating plan with in-depth underlying market research including typology mix for better absorption in the micro market launch strategy including approval timelines pricing project life cycle pricing and volume mix capital structure requirement to finance the project4 Responsible for end to end tendering for societys replacement Prepare various reports as per the format of the PMCs societies as required5 End to end evaluation till execution of the new development agreement with the land owner registration of definitive documents with the society of a new land by doing complete due diligence6 Responsible for being abreast with the latest changes in the regulatory environment and accurately evaluating the proposals and identifying the best case scenarios as per the various regulations schemes7 Organize corporate presentations and site visits for the members of the various societies PMCs and land owners8 Closely working with legal and compliance team on development agreements for various land and society redevelopment transactions9 Overseeing ongoing communication of the Realty market weekly monthly quarterly annual MIS preparationQualifications and skills1 Post-graduation in finance2 A proven track record of 10-12 years in to Real Estate sector3 Excellent communication and presentation skills4 Stake holder management5 Well versed experience with design planning and implementation of business development strategy6 Conflict resolution and ability to self-motivate and motivate team
