About CasaGold:

CasaGold is a premium furniture brand that blends traditional Indian craftsmanship with modern luxury aesthetics. Known for our signature inlay work and customisable designer furniture, we cater to discerning homeowners, architects, interior designers, and builders across India.

Role Overview:

As a sales assistant, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers and B2B clients. You will guide them through our furniture offerings, understand their space and requirements, provide tailored suggestions, and ensure a smooth conversion journey. You will also proactively reach out to architects, interior designers, and builders to generate B2B sales.

- Assist in creating sales material for sales preparation and success
- Coordinate scheduling with clients and sales team members
- Lead client correspondence

Lead Handling & Client Interaction (B2C):

- Call and follow up with all incoming leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, website etc.
- Understand client requirements (space, size, style, budget).
- Share product recommendations, pricing, and customisation options.
- Assist with WhatsApp communicationsending images, videos, and catalogs.
- Offer basic design consultation based on the clients interiors and needs.
- Book virtual or showroom visits and coordinate with the design team.
- Track leads through CRM and ensure timely follow-ups until conversion.

B2B Sales (Architects, Designers, Builders):

- Identify and approach new B2B clients (interior designers, architects, boutique hotel owners, builders).
- Share CasaGold catalogs, product offerings, and partnership proposals.
- Schedule meetings, showroom visits, or factory tours where required.
- Maintain relationships and grow repeat orders or referrals.

Qualifications

- Pref for MBA in Sales & Marketing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
