Role Description - Gujarati Mandatory - Based in Gujarati - Required Experience - 5+ This is a full-time, on-site HR Admin role based in Ahmedabad. The HR Admin will oversee a variety of human resources functions, including employee relations, HR management, and daily administrative responsibilities. Key tasks involve maintaining employee records, managing recruitment processes, addressing employee queries, and supporting HR-related operations to ensure a positive and efficient workplace environment. Qualifications - Skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) to manage and oversee organizational human resources functions. - Strong Communication and Employee Relations capabilities to effectively interact with employees and foster a positive workplace culture. - Proficiency in Customer Service to address employee questions and assist with internal service needs. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment with attention to detail and organizational skills. - Relevant experience in HR or administration is required; a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
