Join us in our mission to empower India's next generation of tech talent Role Overview We are looking for aBusiness Development Managerwho can drive revenue growth, lead a passionate sales team, and create meaningful learner experiences. The ideal candidate should come with a strong EdTech background, an analytical mindset, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage a team of Business Development Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals. - Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closure. - Build, coach, and motivate the team to improve performance and conversion metrics. - Identify and implement process improvements to optimize lead management and conversion efficiency. - Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals. - Track performance metrics and share actionable insights with leadership. - Maintain a deep understanding of the EdTech landscape, learner needs, and competitor offerings.
