Job Requirements - Proven experience as an SF Compensation Architect with a strong track record of success. - In-depth knowledge of SF tools and technologies, including S/4 Hana. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a flexible and adaptable approach. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
