Looking to onboard a skilled SF Compensation Architect with 6-15 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SF Compensation Architect and S/4 Hana.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Design and implement comprehensive compensation architectures for clients.
  • Develop and maintain complex compensation models using SF tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of compensation solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on compensation best practices and industry trends.
  • Analyze market data and benchmarking trends to inform compensation decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an SF Compensation Architect with a strong track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of SF tools and technologies, including S/4 Hana.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
