Educational Qualification


  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience.

Functional / Technical Skills



Must to have Skills


  • Experience in Successfactors Modules like PMGM and Compensation in support project
  • Knowledge of ASAP methodology and toolsets


Good to have Skills


  • Knowledge in Other modules like Recruitment (RCM), Recruitment Marketing, Onboarding, Time and Payroll, Off-Boarding
  • Integrations from and to Successfactors
  • Co-ordinate with Technical team for Custom requirements
  • Writing functional specifications

  • Ability to facilitate group discussions related to business process blueprinting
