Job Description Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales Strategy - Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets. - Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue goals. Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. - Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitive activities. Sales Execution & Deal Closure - Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches, presentations, and proposals. - Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability. Collaboration & Reporting - Work with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to deliver tailored client solutions. - Track, analyze, and report business development performance metrics. Representation & Networking - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus). - 48 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles. - Strong understanding of sales principles, market dynamics, and client relationship management. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
