We're looking for a Technical Lead who can lead by exampleowning architecture, guiding engineers, and actively writing code as part of the team. Key Responsibilities - Lead and mentor a team of frontend, backend, and DevOps engineers. - Design, build, and deploy scalable web and mobile applications. - Actively contribute as a hands-on developer, writing clean and maintainable code. - Review and optimise code for performance, scalability, and security. - Implement and enforce best practices in architecture, testing, and CI/CD. - Own the delivery of critical features and ensure smooth deployments. - Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and marketing teams. - Research and adopt new tools or frameworks to improve speed and reliability. Required Skills & Experience - 5+ years of hands-on coding and system design experience. - Strong expertise in: - Frontend: React / Next.js / TypeScript - Backend: Node.js / Laravel / Python - Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB - Cloud: Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform - Experience in building and scaling products in a startup environment. - Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and API architecture. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. - Proven ability to balance coding and team leadership. Nice to Have - Experience with mobile frameworks such as React Native or Flutter. - Exposure to microservices and serverless architecture. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
