This role is for one of the Weekday s clients Salary range Rs 800000 - Rs 850000 ie INR 8-8 5 LPA Min Experience 1 years Location Delhi NCR Mumbai JobType full-time We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Manager to lead client acquisition efforts in the Supply Chain Finance space The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in working capital solutions vendor financing or supply chain finance with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience This is an individual contributor role focused on new business development requiring deep market understanding excellent relationship-building abilities and a proactive sales approach Requirements Key Responsibilities Drive new client acquisitions and generate business opportunities within the Supply Chain Finance segment Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors suppliers and corporate clients Understand client requirements and structure tailored financing and working capital solutions Consistently achieve individual acquisition and sales targets Track market dynamics industry trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead in the segment Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding process and client satisfaction Key Skills Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in Supply Chain Finance Working Capital or Vendor Financing acquisition No gaps in education or employment demonstrated consistency in past roles Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Proven track record in business development and client acquisition Ability to assess client needs and offer appropriate financial solutions Self-motivated goal-driven and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment Core Skills Supply Chain Finance Working Capital Solutions Vendor Financing Acquisition Business Development Client Relationship Management Market Intelligence
