Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Gurugram. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their housing finance needs, and providing tailored solutions. Daily tasks include managing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, handling inquiries, and offering financial advice. The Relationship Manager will also work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Customer service and relationship management skills - Strong understanding of housing finance products and services - Problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field - Experience in the housing finance or banking industry is a plus - Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for client management
