delivering millions of recommendations that have resulted in significant revenue gains and cost savings for some of the world s best-known brands The Marketing Operations Manager will play a critical role in our global demand engine and serve as a key marketing leader in our Pune office As an integral part of the global marketing team you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing tech stack with a strong focus on HubSpot and Salesforce Your primary responsibilities will include optimizing lead generation processes automating workflows ensuring data accuracy and enabling the LDR team You ll collaborate closely with sales marketing and operations teams to drive revenue growth and improve lead management strategies You will be heavily involved in executing campaigns and programs that fuel our marketing initiatives This includes webinars digital marketing and leveraging the full breadth and power of marketing automation Your role will be essential in driving strategic operations and enhancing the performance of our global marketing efforts You ll have the opportunity to lead in the development of effective marketing techniques while playing a pivotal role in shaping the success of our demand generation campaigns This role will be based in our Pune office Responsibilities Manage and optimize HubSpot ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce and other platforms Develop manage and optimize marketing workflows automations and nurturing campaigns within HubSpot Manage lead scoring models and manage lead routing processes to sales teams Ensure data cleanliness and synchronization between HubSpot and other systems e g Salesforce Build and maintain marketing reports dashboards and analytics to track campaign performance lead generation and customer journey insights Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation nurturing and conversion Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization Manage segmentation and database health to prevent database exhaustion and improve targeting accuracy Support marketing campaigns programs and segmentation strategies to personalize marketing efforts Troubleshoot issues within the marketing automation platform and provide solutions to maintain system performance Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot best practices and usage Explore and implement the latest LLM Agentic integrations that will further enhance our operations About You We re looking for a candidate with a can-do attitude and an eye for details The ideal candidate will have Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role with significant experience managing HubSpot Salesforce and Zoom Info Deep understanding of marketing automation lead generation and CRM processes Experience with data integration and ensuring smooth operations between HubSpot and Salesforce Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from data Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities High attention to detail and problem-solving skills Experience with B2B marketing is a plus Experience with ABM strategies If you share our passion for building a sustainable intelligent and efficient world you re in the right place Established in 2017 and headquartered in Mountain View California we re a series D start-up with teams in Mountain View San Francisco California Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca Romania Paris France Munich Germany London UK Pune India and Sydney Australia So join us and let s build this Aera Technology is an equal opportunity employer Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race color religion sex sexual orientation gender perception or identity national origin age marital status protected veteran status or disability status Benefits Summary At Aera Technology we strive to support our Aeranauts and their loved ones through different stages of life with a variety of attractive benefits and great perks In addition to offering a competitive salary and company stock options we have other great benefits available You ll find comprehensive medical Group Medical Insurance Term Insurance Accidental Insurance paid time off Maternity leave and much more We offer unlimited access to online professional courses for both professional and personal development coupled with people manager development programs We believe in a flexible working environment to allow our Aeranauts to perform at their best ensuring a healthy work-life balance When you re working from the office you ll also have access to a fully-stocked kitchen with a selection of snacks and beverages
