The candidate should be trained as a Continental chef capable of managing a diverse cafe menu that includes sandwiches, grills, pizzas, pastas, salads, waffles, crepes, pancakes, eggs etc The Commis Chef will be responsible for day-to-day food preparation, assisting with cooking, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring dishes meet the quality standards. The role involves working closely with the head chef and other kitchen staff, ensuring a smooth kitchen operation and delivering excellent culinary experiences to our guests. Qualifications - Cuisine : Continental and Modern Cafe - Food Preparation and Cooking skills - Strong Culinary Skills - Knowledge of Hygiene and Kitchen Safety protocols - Minimum Experience - 2 years - Effective Communication skills - Relevant culinary certifications or training are a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Team player with a positive attitude
