Job Description

Job Summary:

- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Forensic Sales Specialist to join our team. This role involves engaging with government sector clients to promote and sell specialized forensic tools and cybersecurity equipment such as forensic workstations, password-cracking machines, and RF shielding bag. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital forensic technologies and a proven track record in B2G (Business to Government) sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement: Conduct meetings and presentations with government clients including law enforcement, defence, and intelligence agencies.
- Sales Activities: Promote and sell forensic products such as forensic workstations, password-cracking machine, RF shielding bags, and related cybersecurity equipment.
- Business Development: Identify and onboard new government clients to expand the companys footprint in the public sector.
- Product Demonstration: Provide technical demonstrations and support during the sales process in collaboration with the technical team.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and follow up regularly to ensure satisfaction and support contract renewals.
- Tender and Proposal Support: Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, quotations, and tenders as required.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitors, and provide feedback to internal teams to refine product offerings and strategy.
- Travel: Visit client sites, attend government meetings, and participate in industry exhibitions or seminars as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in cybersecurity, forensics, or technology sales to government clients
- Familiarity with digital forensic tools and cybersecurity solutions is strongly preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
