Job Description Job Description Job Summary Customer Support officer Role: Team Member Inbound Customer Service Good Communication Responsibility - Answering Customer Calls/emails/chat as per training imparted and Standard Call Handling Procedures available. - Answering calls/ emails as per client mandated procedures. - Updating the Account Status on Client Database. - Creating appropriate records of calls on the in-house database management. - System and paper Reports submitted at the end of shift. - Responsible for escalating calls to the Unit manager or appropriate channels when assistance required. Outbound Call handling Responsibility - Making Outbound Calls as per the training imparted and the adhering to the standard call handling procedure - Creating appropriate reports of all calls on the specified calls About Mphasis Mphasis applies next-generation technology to help enterprises transform businesses globally.
