Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance products and services, providing accurate and timely information. Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and enhance service delivery. Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing concerns. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to provide informed support. Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve product knowledge and customer service skills. Contribute to the development of customer support processes and best practices. Mandatory Skills: Strong knowledge of insurance products and services. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Proficient in using customer support software and tools. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Experience in a customer service or support role within the insurance industry. Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in insurance or customer service are a plus. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and technologies.
