Position Maintenance Manager Job location Sanand Ahmedabad Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager to lead and strengthen our plant maintenance operations in a mid-sized precision engineering company The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical foundation hands-on expertise in breakdown preventive and predictive maintenance and practical knowledge of Air Handling Units AHU and HVAC systems Key Responsibilities Plan organize and supervise preventive predictive and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure smooth operation of all machinery and plant equipment Lead and manage the maintenance team ensuring timely task execution skill enhancement and adherence to safety standards Oversee maintenance of mechanical electrical and utility systems including Air Handling Units AHU HVAC compressors and other precision equipment Conduct root cause analysis for major breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize recurrence Monitor and control spare parts inventory ensuring availability of critical spares while optimizing maintenance costs Ensure compliance with all statutory safety and environmental regulations within the maintenance function Coordinate with production and quality teams to align maintenance schedules with operational requirements Prepare maintenance reports track key performance indicators KPIs and recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency Thanks and Regards Anjali Batheja Nidhi Patel Unitedind uhr co in Unitedind1 uhr co in 9723300064 9898408648 Apply Today
