Job Description

Maintenance Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Participates in the data and analytics value chain, proactively using all P&O M&R related data to generate MI, performance insights, and improvement recommendations.
  • Facilitates external benchmarking for centrally driven M&R efforts, owning the external relationship, scoping the terms of reference, agreeing on the terms of the contract, providing and validating data, reviewing the study results, and turning insights into action
  • Drives standardized M&R performance management through the implementation of reports into the regions, delivering consistency across the regions, and identifying and sharing good practices among the regions
  • Supports the various M&R processes systems and tools that applies to OMS, Management Information, Self-Verification, and Performance
  • Performance manages the P&O M&R Strategy, including the tracking of milestones, validation of financial and non-financial targets and goals, analysis of the impact and benefits, and communication support

 M&R performance management reporting template

  • Experience in M&R performance management and reporting system
  • Experience with development and deployment of work management systems (SAP PM).
  • Experience in strategic, functional planning, and performance management processes
  • Good analytical skills in data interpretation and analysis
  • Experience in operational management system
  • Knowledge of any Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and ERP systems
  • Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards (e.g., API, ASME, ISO)
