Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and articulate Telesales Executive and Marketing Manager to join our India-based team in Chandigarh. You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers in the UK, explaining our renewable energy offerings, and converting qualified leads into sales. Your role will also include working closely with our internal teams to ensure a seamless lead-to-cash experience for every customer. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to UK-based leads to promote and sell Solar PV systems, heat pumps, EV chargers, and battery storage. Build rapport with potential customers, understand their energy needs, and provide appropriate product solutions. Work collaboratively with our UK-based Technical Solution Designer, Installation Teams, and Finance Team to ensure each transaction is completed smoothly. Handle the complete sales cycle from lead engagement to order booking, follow-up, and customer handover. Develop marketing collateral in Canva. Manage ongoing projects and ensure timely updates to internal systems and stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system. Respond to customer queries in a courteous, empathetic, and professional manner. Required Skills and Qualifications - Graduate degree from a recognized institution. - Minimum 12 years of experience in telesales, preferably in B2C or renewable energy sales. - Prior experience in public speaking or customer-facing roles. - Outstanding spoken and written English communication skills. - Confident, persuasive, and professional phone etiquette. - Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical customers. - Courteous, empathetic, and a strong team player. - Highly organized, proactive, and a fast learner. - Comfortable working UK business hours (typically 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST). Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience in renewable energy, utilities, or home improvement industries. - - Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. - - Experience of using tools like Canva is preferred.
