About Embark GCC

Embark is Embassy Groups flagship integrated Global Capability Center (GCC) solutiondelivering strategic workplace design, fitout execution, operations, and transformation services to global enterprise clients across India.

Role Summary

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of commercial interior fitout projects for premium GCC clients in Bengalurufrom briefing and design coordination to on-site execution, final quality checks, and handover. This senior leadership role plays a key part in scaling repeatable, highquality workspace models.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead turnkey fitout execution: interpret design drawings, BOQs, align procurement, manage site delivery, commissioning, snag resolution, and client handover.
- Prepare and control project plansschedule, budget, resources; maintain governance via change control and risk logs.
- Coordinate internal/external stakeholdersincluding clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Conduct frequent site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, HSE and building codes.
- Facilitate timely resolution of technical or contractual challenges; oversee accurate documentation from RFIs to variation orders and handover dossiers.
- Deliver structured stakeholder reporting and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelors degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field.
- 815 years of experience managing commercial or office interior fitout projects, including high-value or GCC-related assignments.
- Hands-on leadership of on-site teams and contractors, ideally with prior turnkey project experience.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
