The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Risk Assessment, EHS Audit Management, Product Safety, and Dangerous Goods, along with proven experience in end-to-end SAP EHS implementations. This role requires functional consulting skills, integration knowledge, and hands-on experience in supporting EHS processes across global projects. Job Responsibilities - Act as SME in E2E software global development and SAP EHS implementation projects. - Translate business requirements into user stories and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRD/FSD) aligned with IT architecture. - Provide feedback on business process efficiency and effectiveness. - Support Delivery Managers & Platform Analysts in solution evaluation, design, and estimation. - Conduct and provide user training for implemented applications. - Validate solutions prior to UAT and ensure functional test cases meet business requirements. - Escalate critical issues affecting delivery and product quality. - Ensure software quality, compliance, and regulatory adherence. - Provide third-line production support when required. - Drive business process harmonization and propose IT innovations to stakeholders. Mandatory Skills - SAP EHS Functional Risk Assessment, EHS Audit Management, Product Safety & Dangerous Goods. - Hands-on SAP EHS Implementation Experience 3+ end-to-end implementations. - Functional Consulting Requirement Gathering, User Stories, FRD/FSD Preparation. - SAP EHS Integration Knowledge (Material Master, Compliance, Logistics, Incident Management). - Validation, Testing (UAT), Training, and Third-Line Production Support in SAP EHS.
