Functional consulting and process knowledge in these areas is required Job ResponsibilitiesWorked as a SME in E2E software global development & implementation projectsTranslates business requirements into user stories and Functional Requirement Specifications in accordance with approved IT Architecture.Provides feedback on the efficiency and effectiveness of the business processes.Supports Delivery Manager & Platform analyst in evaluating the solution feasibility, solution design and high-level estimation.Develops and provides required user training for the implemented application.Collaborate with Business, Architects and Platform Analyst to elaborate on the requirements.Prior to UAT validates that solution meets business requirements.Responsible to validate test plan and functional test cases and sign off acceptance of the product.Promptly escalate issues, which affect product delivery and quality that are beyond scope of influence.Responsible for Software Quality, Compliance & Regulatory aspects of the solution.Ensure seamless business operations support (third line support) when needed.Drive business process harmonization using industry best practices.Should be able to look beyond the current scope of work and be able to propose newer IT business propositions to stake holders and also recommend innovations to platform providers.✅ Mandatory Skills✔ 6+ years hands-on experience in SAP EHS Functional✔ Participation in 3+ SAP EHS end-to-end implementation projects✔ Strong expertise in Risk Assessment, EHS Audit Management, Product Safety & Dangerous Goods✔ Ability to translate business requirements into User Stories, FRS/FSD, Process Maps✔ Solid knowledge of SAP EHS integration with MM, PP, PM, QM, Compliance modules✔ Experience in UAT validation, test case review, training, and solution signoff✔ Strong consulting skills: requirement gathering, gap analysis, process optimization✔ Experience supporting L3 operations, compliance, and regulatory scenarios✔ Ability to work with architecture teams to validate solutions and propose innovations
