With a strong presence across industries and geographies, the organization drives innovation and delivers enterprise-scale solutions that are reliable, compliant, and aligned with global best practices.Job DescriptionWe are hiring an experienced SAP EHS Consultant with strong functional expertise across Risk Assessment, EHS Audits, Product Safety, and Dangerous Goods. The role demands deep process understanding, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to work with global business and technical teams.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as an SME in end-to-end SAP EHS global implementation projectsTranslate business requirements into user stories and functional specificationsProvide process improvements and evaluate efficiency of existing business flowsSupport solution feasibility, design, and high-level estimationsDevelop and deliver user training and functional documentationCollaborate with Business, Architects, and Platform Analysts on detailed requirementsValidate the solution prior to UAT and ensure alignment with business needsReview, validate, and sign off test plans and functional test casesEscalate issues impacting delivery and qualityEnsure all deliverables meet software quality, compliance, and regulatory standardsProvide third-line business support when neededDrive business process harmonization using industry best practicesProactively propose new IT solutions, enhancements, and innovations to stakeholdersMandatory Skills✔ 6+ years of experience in SAP EHS Functional ✔ Minimum 3 full-cycle SAP EHS implementations ✔ Strong knowledge in:Risk AssessmentEHS AuditsProduct SafetyDangerous Goods Management ✔ Strong understanding of EHS processes and integration touchpoints ✔ Ability to translate business requirements into scalable IT solutionsImportant Note (Please Read Before Applying)🚫 Do NOT apply if:You have less than 6 years of SAP EHS experienceYou have NOT completed 3+ EHS implementationsYour notice period is more than 30 daysYou do not have hands-on functional experience across EHS modules✅ Apply ONLY if you meet all mandatory criteria.
