Company Profile - Mignonee Petcare Pvt Ltd Brand- Pink Paws Pink Paws is a renowned pet retail chain in Eastern India committed to enhancing the lives of pets and their families With a strong presence and trusted reputation in the pet care industry Pink Paws offers a wide range of premium products and services including pet food accessories grooming and healthcare essentials As a growing brand Pink Paws continues to expand its retail footprint digital presence and service offerings ensuring that every pet and pet parent experiences care that goes beyond expectations Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Store Manager to join our team As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for assisting customers providing product knowledge and ensuring a smooth shopping experience You will play a vital role in achieving sales targets maintaining store standards and creating a welcoming environment for both pets and their owners Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in finding the right products for their pets Provide expert advice on pet care food and accessories Achieve sales targets by promoting in-store offers and cross-selling products Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store Ensure stock levels are maintained and replenish shelves as needed Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately Assist in indoor and outdoor promotional activities Keep up to date with product knowledge and new arrivals Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales preferably in a pet store or a related industry Passion for animals and knowledge of pet care Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets Team player with a positive attitude Basic math and cash handling skills High school diploma or equivalent Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Experience total work 5 years Required Work Location In person
