Store Keeper

**About Us**:
Usha Lubricants is a trusted automobile parts and lubricants store in Durgapur, known for providing high-quality engine oils, lubricants, and automotive products. We are looking for a dedicated and customer-friendly sales executive to join our in-store team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers visiting the store.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain knowledge of product features, pricing, and promotions.
- Ensure proper display and arrangement of products.
- Handle billing and payment processes.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked.
- Build strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Maintain daily sales records and report to the store manager.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass) or Graduate.
- Prior experience in retail sales (automobile parts/lubricants preferred).
- Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi (English is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of automobiles and lubricants will be an advantage.
- Friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Must be a local resident of Durgapur or nearby areas.

**Working Hours**:

- 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM (Weekly off on Monday)

- Competitive salary + incentives (based on performance)
